625 West Adams has officially broken ground in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. Developed by White Oak Realty, 625 West Adams is a 20-story speculative office building featuring 32,000 square feet floor plates of flexible and highly efficient space. Located at the southeast corner of Adams Street and Desplaines Street in Chicago, the building houses office space,  retail space, 400-car parking garage, and a ground floor conference center owned by Old St. Patrick’s Church. The conference center includes an auditorium that accommodates 1,000 people.

The project is expected to be completed in 2018.
