SCB was commissioned by Tribune Media to develop a master plan for a 30-acre site along the North Branch of the Chicago River. The plan envisions a new transformational innovation neighborhood, accommodating eight million square feet of mixed-use development and a robust riverfront park along the Chicago River. SCB’s plan envisions about 15 residential and office towers, ranging from 20 to 50 stories tall, with retail at the base of buildings.
