Last week in San Francisco, the official groundbreaking celebration took place for Hayes Point, a large-scale mixed-use all electric building. Located in the city’s new Hub District, it is SCB’s latest project in the area, joining 100 Van Ness, 150 Van Ness, and One Oak to transform the intersection of Van Ness and Market. Formerly known as 30 Van Ness, SCB’s design for the 47-story residential and office building sets a new standard for mixed-use by integrating the latest in green building technologies with extensive outdoor space.
