For decades, we have designed and delivered projects up and down the east coast. Following the completion of Hub50House, a major urban project in Boston, we knew it was time to expand. With the opening of our office here in 2021, we have only strengthened our presence and practice on the east coast.

We’ve grown quickly, both in staff and practice. Two completed projects in Philadelphia in the early aughts have become nine. From a project in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, we headed southward with large-scale mixed-use projects in DC and northern Virginia. With dozens of active projects from Boston to Miami and everywhere in between, our east coast practice is building upon our legacy in urban mixed-use design and campus environments while expanding our work in science and technology.

Things are always happening at SCB Boston. Our loft-style office in historic Fort Point is a comfortable and collaborative studio. We host various professional and social gatherings and events, from office-wide pin ups and community service initiatives, to ice skating adventures and city-wide runs. Together, our diverse team and vibrant culture embodies the true essence of our city.
