Summit Wins! The Summit at University City received a Willard G. “Bill” Rouse III Award for Excellence from ULI Philadelphia. The ULI Philadelphia Awards for Excellence honor the best projects in the tri-state region, recognizing outstanding and transformational land use developments, best practices, and creative visioning. The Jury cited its outstanding land use – both vertical and horizontal – and its high quality mix of uses for Drexel University students and the surrounding Powelton Village neighborhood.
