Andrew Monaghan is an Associate Principal and Interior Design Director at SCB. With over 15 of experience and an award-winning portfolio of corporate interiors work, Andrew’s projects ranged in size from 5,000 to upwards of 3 million square feet, and span North America, China, and the Middle East.

As a Design Director, Andrew focuses on creating impactful solutions which integrate people, place, brand, and function. His design approach is guided and informed by research, a desire for innovation, and an emphasis on storytelling. His current projects include the repositioning of 10 + 120 S Riverside, reinvigorating twin corporate office buildings in downtown Chicago with a new ground floor experience and tenant amenity program; the Denver office of Michael Best, a national law firm; and the newest, and largest, United Club at O’Hare International Airport.

Prior to joining SCB, Andrew was a Senior Designer at SOM’s Chicago office. He is a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and is a LEED accredited professional.  He earned a Master of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College.
