SCB was commissioned by the Chicago International Carriers Association to develop a conceptual design for the replacement of Flight Information Displays (FIDS), Baggage Information Displays (BIDS), and Visual Announcement Systems (VA) at Terminal 5 at O’Hare International Airport.

SCB designed a new display system that incorporates the use of flat-panel monitors. These monitors are in close proximity to servers capable of manipulating and displaying flight, baggage, and visual announcement information in a modern, efficient, and visually pleasing manner.
